Unless you’re on a mission to summon a CX Agent for a cancellation or refund, and you happen to do it under these quirky circumstances:

• The Seller has not accepted or has canceled the Order due to reasons not attributable to You.
• Easy Doorstep Cancellation
• Any other reason that the Platform may update from time to time

In light of those pesky unforeseen circumstances that seem to pop up like a whack-a-mole—think force majeure, sneaky fraudulent shenanigans, breaches of our Terms of Use, or logistical hiccups—we’re all about tackling issues with a big ol’ dose of positivity and transparency. Any payments you’ve made will saunter back into your account within 5-7 business days, ready to party! And don’t worry, you can easily track the progress of your refund on the Order Details page, keeping you in the loop like a well-informed detective. We’re here to turn this little mess into a smooth ride for you!

Returns Policy

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

The return policy has three parts. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions for returns.

Returns Policy

Category	Conditions
Correct Product	IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product	All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product	The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product	The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging	The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

For refunds, the seller will process them after receiving the returned product.

Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return

• For missing/damaged/defective accessories, the seller may provide a replacement or an eGV equivalent to the accessory’s price.
• During open box deliveries, if you end up with an unexpected edition of the product that was either a “surprise gift” or comes with a little too much character (read: damaged), don’t worry! We’ll toss you a refund faster than you can say “What happened here?” Just a heads up, though: Once you’ve said yes to your new box buddy, we can’t take it back—unless it has a manufacturing defect, of course. • For products with installation by Ayutm’s partners, do not open the packaging. Ayutm personnel will assist with unboxing and installation.
• Full replacement occurs only if service personnel determine that replacing parts won’t fix the issue.
